PRIVATE TRAINING
Our 1:1 Private Training starts with a complimentary consultation to assess your fitness history, objectives, challenges and lifestyle. It’s up to you to decide the frequency of sessions a week and from there, one of our dedicated trainers will craft tailored, evidence-based programs designed to not only align with your athletic & fitness goals but to rehabilitate any injury and ailments you may have. Our 1:1 Private Training is the most optimal way to achieve results while building fundamental training experience and independence.
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Semi-Private Training offers a customized experience at a fraction of the cost of 1:1 training. Our Semi-Private members will receive a thorough movement screening before receiving their personalized training program. Each program changes on a 4-week (28 day) basis. Members will enjoy the flexibility to execute their training program during a wide range of set hours, all while being coached in a group setting. This is NOT a group exercise class — each client is doing their own program, tailored to their needs and goals while sharing the coaching of a personal trainer. Our client to coach ratio will never exceed 8:1.
*Please understand that Semi-Private members must be a minimum 14 years old (or grade 9) in order to participate.
HOW IT WORKS

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Our small group training (3-5 clients) offers a personalized experience at a fraction of the cost of private personal training. Enjoy the benefits of training with friends, family or coworkers. The workouts are crafted and scaled for each participant’s fitness level. It’s motivating, challenging and most importantly fun!
TEAM TRAINING
When Kingston & area teams are looking for the strongest coaching and proven performance, athletes come to UFIT High Performance Centre. Teams such as GK AAA, Kingston Ice Wolves, Grenadiers Football Club, Kingston Canadians, and others trust UFIT with their strength & conditioning. POSTPARTUM PELVIC FLOOR + CORE RECOVERY PROGRAM
In this small group, 6-week postpartum program, learn how to effectively engage your diaphragm and pelvic floor muscles to optimize your body's strength, all while enjoying time in a supportive environment with other moms. This is a foundational program that will teach you how to progress your strength and endurance while being mindful of your pelvic floor. Each exercise can be modified for all fitness levels, so every mom (and baby) is welcome! This is for moms who are 8 weeks postpartum.
WHEN: Tuesday & Thursday
TIME: 11:00am-12:00pm
COST: $216.00 + tax

MATERNITY LEAVE FITNESS PROGRAM
Our maternity leave fitness classes are for moms looking to rebuild strength in a group fitness setting where their baby is welcome. This class follows a 4-week program that includes a mix of mobility, strength and conditioning that will set you up for success in the gym as you navigate life with your little one. Each exercise can be modified for all fitness levels, so every mom (and baby) is welcome! These classes are for moms who are at least 3 months postpartum. Must be on maternity leave, or less than 18 months postpartum.
WHEN: Tuesday & Thursday
TIME: 1:00pm-2:00pm
COST: $330.00 + HST for 20 class sessions (Maternity Package)
