UFIT High Performance Centre is a fitness and training facility located conveniently in west-end Kingston. We love that the fitness and health industry makes a positive impact in people’s lives and no matter your goal, we’re here to make it happen. Our mission is to provide a welcoming and supportive environment, whether you’re taking part in personal training, fitness classes, athletic training, clinical services or simply wish to shop at our lululemon boutique. WHO WE ARE

At UFIT, we prioritize continued learning and education so our staff can confidently provide up-to-date evidence based training, functional movement and injury prevention. We (mother-son duo, Sara & Josh Maveety) founded UFIT in 2015 and in 2021, brought on our family friend Jules Fournier as a business partner. As a family business, we extend our family values to all our clients and love to host socials, fundraisers and throw big summer & holiday parties. Whether you're seeking personal training, fitness classes, athletic training, clinical services or simply wish to shop at our lululemon boutique, we're here to greet you with a smile (or a friendly bark from Marvin & Eddy). Our UFIT team shares a genuine passion for what we do, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.

THE FACILITY

Our goal is to have a one-stop-shop for all of your fitness and health needs. Since 2015, UFIT has gone through 4 expansions and 2 renovations to accommodate the growth of our community and services. Presently, the gym is 6000 square feet, which includes a lululemon Retail Boutique and a treatment room for Registered Kinesiology and Fascial Stretch Therapy.


We have 2 fully equipped washrooms and 1 shower with complete service provided to make getting ready after your workout easier – towel service, toiletries (men & women’s), feminine supplies and hair care products included.

RETAIL BOUTIQUE

UFIT’s retail boutique is open Monday to Saturday and Sundays by appointment. It's available to everyone in the Kingston community to shop at our Authorized lululemon retailer where you will find a wide selection of top-of-the-line gear from premium mats and accessories to apparel and exclusive UFIT x lululemon items. We also have BioSteel, Polar Joe and SnackConscious products to fuel your pre and post workouts.
