"I believe fitness is a space for developing self-esteem, and discipline and for promoting positive change. For me, being involved in fitness has been tremendously beneficial for both my mental and physical health, and I love being in a position where I’m able to share those benefits with others. I’m committed to being a lifelong learner, and coaching provides me with a way of sharing my knowledge & experience with others in a capacity where I’m able to help them improve their health. Ensuring the training is well tailored to the individual can be uniquely challenging, but as a coach, there is no feeling more rewarding than seeing your clients & athletes reaching their goals."

For Dorian, fitness is more than just lifting weights; it’s developing good habits to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle as you age. We all have one shot at this thing called “life” and you will get out what you put in. If you don’t do the work, you aren’t going to see results. That goes for how hard you are working in the gym and more importantly, outside the gym. Life in general is an obstacle course and if you work hard, good things will come as a result!

Your biggest opponent is who you see in the mirror everyday. We all get one body and need to treat it with the utmost respect to live a long and happy life!
