Dorian enjoys various hobbies, including working out, hiking wildlife trails, kayaking, camping, and exploring nature while travelling to new places. Outside of the gym and outdoor activities, he enjoys playing video games here and there.

For Dorian, fitness is more than just lifting weights; it’s developing good habits to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle as you age. We all have one shot at this thing called “life” and you will get out what you put in. If you don’t do the work, you aren’t going to see results. That goes for how hard you are working in the gym and more importantly, outside the gym. Life in general is an obstacle course and if you work hard, good things will come as a result!

Your biggest opponent is who you see in the mirror everyday. We all get one body and need to treat it with the utmost respect to live a long and happy life!
