OFF-SEASON TRAINING

For athletes looking to increase speed, agility, improved conditioning, increased acceleration and power, strength, and mobility.
From May to August, our Off-Season Training Program is designed for athletes looking to improve speed, agility, conditioning, acceleration, power, strength, and mobility.
The program begins with a comprehensive movement screening, allowing our coaches to build a personalized training program for each athlete. Every 4-week phase includes 3–4 gym sessions and 1 field day per week, giving athletes the structure they need to progress while maintaining flexibility within designated training hours. All sessions are supervised and coached by our Strength & Conditioning Specialists.
What sets UFIT apart is the expertise of our coaching team. In an industry where many trainers hold short certification courses, our coaches have university-level education in Kinesiology and related fields. This allows us to properly assess movement quality, identify limitations that may impact performance or increase injury risk, and adapt programming to meet the needs of each individual athlete.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
• 3-4 strength & conditioning workouts per week
• 1 field day per week (Wednesday 4:30-6pm)
• Weekly sprint & jump testing with VALD Performance
INVESTMENT:
• $500 + tax per 4-week phase (28 days)

TRAINING TIMES:
• Monday-Thursday 7-10am & 3-7pm
• Friday 7-10am & 3-6pm
• Saturday 10am-12pm
** Program is for grade 9 and up
